Today I went to Bangor to buy a new Printer/Scanner at PC World. I had ordered it on line and reserved it at the shop.
I was surprised at how good the price was, but what surprised me even more was how accessible PC World is for those of us in wheelchairs. The aisles are wide and the shelves easy to access, with most of the products at an easy to reach level.
I spoke to the Manager and complimented the shop. He was extremely polite and courteous. If you need help the shop assistant is always ready to be of service.
This is a good example of how you can make a shop really accessible and welcoming, if you just think about it.
